Outtech Seeking Outdoor Regional Manager Candidates in Pacific Northwest

Outtech is seeking candidates for a Regional Manager in the Washington, Oregon and Alaska territory. This position will professionally represent the Outtech Outdoor Division vendors to retailers within a territory by providing outstanding sales and customer service.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: visiting dealers and distributors to present Outtech product lines; securing orders; coordinating retail associate trainings; attending trade shows, promotional sales events and seminars as needed to support dealers and vendors; working with vendor and Outtech management teams to implement strategies to maximize sales, including growing territory sales, reaching sales goals and forecasting future sales; prospecting for new retailers to support sales objectives; supplying industry intelligence on product, brands, and market status as requested; assisting with new product concepts and review of existing products.

  • Eligible candidates must have a working knowledge of hunting, firearms, fishing, and the outdoors along with a minimum of 3-4 years of territory sales experience and Buyer or Manager experience within an Outdoor Retailer within Washington, Oregon and/or Alaska.

  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, passion for the outdoors, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and creativity.

  • Must be highly motivated, assertive, and have the ability to work independently.

  • Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and using internet/email.
